Well, when I took it in the first time to get a price, I argued with the guy saying it's sealed, it's obviously not used, and thus I should get more. He said they have to open it and inspect it or something. They didn't do that when I traded it in, though, so you might be right about them selling it new. Bastards.
Only reason I gave in for the $30 was because $30 > $0 + Useless game.
