A eco-footprint calculator for the iPod Touch/iPhone

Synopsis

The iPod Touch and iPhone offer state-of-the-art interaction capabilities. This project involves developing software for iPod Touch using the iPhone Developer Program.

The software will involve the development of an eco-calculator. This may be a two-semester project involving (i) design and development, and (ii) implementation and testing, including HCI and usability testing.

This is a software development project, so the interested student should be a proficient programmer, have an interest in design, and be willing to learn a new environment. I am also willing to run this as
a group-type project.
