Finalized CS Games Information

Here, all relevant CS Games information will be summed up and organized nicely.
We have a few key things to know:
When, Where, and How:
-> Meet at LOCIS at 7:00 AM, we will meet and travel by a single 15 passenger van to Sherbrooke, Quebec.
-> We will arrive there between 3 and 5 PM (hopefully closer to 3), and proceed to participating in the games.
-> We will be leaving the games around 4-5 PM on Sunday and traveling back in the evening, arriving home between midnight and 3 AM.
What:
-> Bring a calculator, pens and pencils, some paper, and maybe a book. Definitely bring your laptop if you have one, and don't forget your charger! Also, the essentials like some form of clothing and things to make yourself not smell awful.
-> Trip cost with most recent quotes:
$130/person Admission to CS Games, includes hotel stay, participation, swag, and food.
~$479.97 total for a 15 passenger van, that is including the distance travelled at a 15c/k rate.
~400 gas money as a worst case total.
So that is 130 * 10 + 479.97 + 400 = 2179.97 / 10 = 217.99 / person total, not counting $30 room deposit.
Department approved travelers are receiving $175, as well as the additional ~$50 allotted to them from the Special Grants and Meetings committee, so their cost should be effectively 0.
Non approved travelers are receiving their $50/person from the Special Grants and Meetings committee, as well as $40/person from CPES, and anything remaining from the CPES $40/person from approved travelers. As non-approved travelers have all already paid $130, they will only be reimbursed up to the point that their cost is covered, at which point the CIS department, Engineering Department, and individual students will be refunded any remaining amount. It is expected that such a remaining amount will be insignificant.
-> Name! We need to discuss names further, because the charm of 'Little Endians' or 'Big Endians' is lost without its counter part. It is a good idea if our name integrates with our FlashOut video. Which leads me to my next point...
-> Flash Out Contest: We need to do something! There have been suggestions of simply rickrolling CS Games with our video, and also suggestions of something simple and StarCraft themed. We will have to discuss this tonight.
-> Preparation Quiz: The questions on this quiz have been emailed to all attending members, and we will decide on the answers that we like best tonight. We will need to know the answers to these very well.
-> Rooming: We will be in hotel rooms of 4, and 2 of us will be sharing with a different university. If anyone is particularly comfortable sharing with members of another university, be ready to say so at the meeting.
If you can think of anything else you would like clarified, as usual email me at carss.w@gmail.com or wcarss@uoguelph.ca, or post here.
