Argh! Roommate needed!

Hello!

I'm a 3rd year cis student that lives with another cis student and a friend, we live at 31 collage ave west, 10 mins from the school(on foot!), and we need a new roommate as our old one moved out.

the rent is 375 a month + utilities, which dont usually break 80 bucks,

WE really want to find someone who is at least in teh same program as ourselves.
