Technically, Special Topics courses need instructor's permission. (Whether actually WebAdvisor enforces that or not, I don't yet know.) However, to cut down the traffic at my office just to sign forms, Al Dyer is deputized to sign people in as long as you meet the prereqs of 3110 and 4th yr standing.

The operating systems prereq is firm; you cannot be taking it at the same time.
