No preliminary budget posted to the website for review yet?
Robyn made it clear last week that he would ensure that the preliminary budget would be posted so it can be reviewed and contributed to by everyone, as some individuals are not always able to attend the weekly meeting.
Since the budget, and expense report, are already [nearly past] due to CPES SC, that information is gathered and prepared, so it is an insignificant task to have that posted online for the membership to have access to.

That's a great suggestion! I just posted the budget as submitted to CPESSC. I was going to post the preliminary budget before the budget meeting, but unfortunately, I didn't get around to it. We ended up using the whiteboard to draft a budget anyway -- the preliminary budget wouldn't have been that useful.
As for contributions by everyone: more effort than ever was put into advertising our budget meeting and making it open to everyone this year - and effort was taken to get feedback remotely from those that couldn't make it.
