database connection
I know this is already resolved..but for posterity... it was the database server (mysql) not moodle that went down. Rebooted mysql and all was well.
Post these kinds of issues to the help queue please, or email pcrepair. We don't monitor the systems 24/7 and unless someone tells us its down, no one can reboot the appropriate offender.
