There was a breach of Constitutions during one of the advertising campaigns. Presidential Candidate Michael Pratt made a post on Facebook.
Facebook is considered a public broadcast. Only a speech and word of mouth is allowed.
Executive who are not running for re-election will visually verify that all members are in CIS.
