Remove 'change password' field in account edit
I don't actually know how to do it, but it should be removed or replaced with a link to CCS's pw change utility.

User loginUse your FULL uoguelph e-mail as your user name and your central password to log in. The first time you log in there may be an error message. Please just ignore it and move on as it does not seem to effect anything and only occurs once per user. Navigation |

Central Login
I'm not going to test it - just in case, but will that actually change our central user login password? If so, I don't really mind if it stays there. But if it doesn't do anything, it probably is a good idea to just remove it.
